We are writing to inform you of a change in the date, time, and location of the “2nd Academic Lecture Meeting” as well as the “1st Symposium” of the Japan Hemp Association, as indicated in the title.

 

We had originally planned to hold the “2nd Academic Lecture” on Monday, April 24, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. However, due to unavoidable circumstances such as the venue schedule, we have decided to hold the “1st Symposium” on Monday, April 24, 2023, and the “2nd Academic Lecture” on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, on two different days. We have decided to change the content of the symposium to “1st Symposium” on Monday, April 24, 2023 and “2nd Academic Lecture” on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.

(1)If you have no problem with the date and time of the 1st Symposium and the 2nd Conference, the secretariat will manage your application so that you will automatically be able to attend both the 1st Symposium and the 2nd Conference.

For those who have applied using the application form prior to April 1 and have not yet completed the transfer, please proceed directly to the transfer page.

(2)If you have already paid but did not come to the venue on April 25, the secretariat will contact you with the details.

(3)The Banquet will not be held on Monday, April 24, but will be held only on Tuesday, April 25. The secretariat will automatically confirm your attendance at the reception on April 25 (Tue.), so there is no need to contact us.

 

If you have already made a bank transfer and cannot attend the reception on April 25, we will refund your money.
