Please make sure to register before entering the venue.
If you have already paid the meeting fee by bank transfer, please present your reservation number/company name/name at the reception desk.
If you have not paid the fee when you arrive at the venue, please pay at the reception desk on the day of the event.
(8,000 yen per person for members and 10,000 yen per person for non-members.)
The secretariat will confirm your payment by the day before (December 20), but we may not be able to confirm your payment immediately on the day of the event.
Please note that there is a fee for this lecture. Please note that we ask everyone to pay for this lecture.
For non-members who have already paid 8,000 yen, the difference of 2,000 yen will be charged.
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis (excluding speakers and guests).

We will not be able to send the URL to those whose payment has not been confirmed, so please make your payment as soon as possible.
The secretariat will confirm the transfer by the day before (December 20), but will not be able to confirm the transfer and send the URL on the day of the event due to the fact that the lecture will be held at the venue.
