The deadline for registration and payment is noon on Friday, April 21, 2023, but as of today, Friday, April 14, 2023, the number of seats is almost full.

■If you are applying for the “1st Symposium” only, the secretariat will send you a confirmation email after you submit your application.

■If you are applying for the “2nd Annual Conference” and the reception, the secretariat will send you a confirmation e-mail after receiving your application and payment.

■For those who apply for both days of the “1st Symposium” and “2nd Annual Conference” and the reception, the secretariat will send you a confirmation e-mail after receiving your application and payment.

(1)If you have no problem with the date and time of the 1st Symposium and the 2nd Annual Conference, the secretariat will manage your application so that you will automatically be able to participate in both events.

For those who have applied using the application form prior to April 1 and have not yet completed the transfer, please proceed directly to the transfer page.

(2)If you have already paid but did not come to the venue on April 25, the secretariat will contact you with the details.

(3)The Dinner will not be held on Monday, April 24, but will be held only on Tuesday, April 25. The secretariat will automatically confirm your attendance at the reception on April 25 (Tue.), so there is no need to contact us.

 

If you have already made a bank transfer and cannot attend the reception on April 25, we will refund your money.
